Instagram is the second most-accessed network beside Facebook. Now, it allows users to use more than one account at a time. We may have a need to use Instagram for different purposes such as personal profile to connect with friends and family, side account for babies or pets and DIY hobby.
Social media managers are those who need to access many accounts at once, for their clients and company page. Having to handle so many accounts like that, it is inconvenient to constantly log in and out to check on dashboard.

Beside the use of schedule tools, Instagram app on itself has already offered user a better way to effectively manage their accounts — a feature allowing one owner to oversee many profiles at the same time.
Here’s what you need to know about this feature:

How to add a new profile and switch two profiles on Instagram

-
Go to Settings and Privacy
-
Scroll down to the bottom page where you can find Add account under Login
-
There are two options you can choose, one is to Create a new account if you don’t have a secondary profile; the second option is to Log into an existing account
-
You will need an username, an email address, and phone number to log in and create a new password. It follows the same process when you create the first Instagram account and you’re all set

To switch between two account; go to main profile, hold down the profile picture on bottom right corner on the navigation bar until a control panel pop up allowing to view a new added account. Or on top profile page, click on your username, the other profile will show up as well.
Now you can fully control both profiles easily without having to log out and log back in like before. You can also announce to your followers about the new profile you just create by mention its name on the account bio.
This feature also includes an option to add more than one account for simultaneously management at one click panel. Here’s how you can add more profiles on settings:
